The call for papers for issue 14/2026 of Traces in Time is now open.
Those interested in submitting a contribution are invited to send an abstract of no more than 2,000 characters (including spaces) to tracesintime.ojaha@gmail.com, including:

- 3 keywords
- author’s details
- 3 bibliographic references relevant to the topic
Founded in 2011 by the Archaeological Traces Project Group (ATPG), the journal was established as an open forum for exchange among scholars and researchers, both institutionally affiliated and independent. Today, the editorial project is managed by the social promotion association D’Altra Parte, which publishes the journal and supports its continuity as an open-access publication within an independent cultural project, without institutional funding or publication fees.
The journal is supported by an editorial board and an international scientific committee.
Traces in Time welcomes both scholarly and outreach articles, with particular attention to material culture, anthropological aspects and multidisciplinary perspectives. Submitted contributions undergo peer review by recognised scholars in the relevant fields.
The journal publishes original research and reviews of articles and books in Italian and in the main international languages.
